This has been quoted elsewhere, by Jonny of course, but some ideas just improve with requotation:

When you went into an airport, they always played this very happy music that said, “You’re not going to die, there’s not going to be an accident”. And I thought that was really the wrong way round. I thought it would be much better to have music that said, “well if you do die, it doesn’t really matter”.

This piece of advertising says a lot about the mood of airports: the attempted appearance of a casual colloquialism, but actually a big totalising anaesthetising statement:
